Erdem Yıldız is a Krakow-based photographer, most passionate about fine art street and portrait photography in black and white. In his monochrome world, surrealism dances with geometry—shadows sharpen edges while contrast breathes depth.
His other passion is music. Beyond the lens, he is a drummer and cajonist in two bands—where he not only shapes the rhythm but also the visual identity, creating all band portraits and single covers himself.
His photos have been featured in publications such as Digital SLR Photography Turkey and Tekirdağ Photography Community TEFOD. He has also exhibited his work at several venues, including the Kraków Street Photo Festival, Pierwszy Lokal na Stolarskiej, Indalo Cafe, Klub Herbaciany "Nie lubię Poniedziałków", and Klub Kultury Przegorzały.
In addition to his freelance work, he has worked with Balet Cracovia Danza, Stowarzyszenie Rozwoju i Integracji Młodzieży STRIM, and Growth Hackers Kraków. He has also worked as an assistant to the fashion and portrait photographer Piotr Werner.
